Notes: Anything announced as a theme song is assumed to be an ED unless other information contradicts that. E7 and Macross F movie use the MV because the PVs for the movie don't use the songs for some reason. Macross Delta Zettai Live uses a still because they care so little about the series that not only do none of the PVs use the song, they also didn't give enough shits to give it an MV. We finish the year with a surprisingly strong SP OP/ED list this time. Also I'm fairly sure this year has more SP OPs than every other year I've ranked (2014+) combined. Notes: As usual, the half-anime Aikatsu Planet is treated as a decimal. Megaton and Muv-Luv have not released their respective OSTs, so unfortunately they have voiceover over them. Warabi-san airs on some weird app that I couldn't download or record from, though I did view the episode to confirm the length it plays in EP 13. Visuals come from the MV. Judgement Assizes was only released to backers so visuals come the PV. While the bottom end of this is the worst it's been in years, the top 10 is much stronger than the last few years, and having 3 pairings average top 10 is amazing. Rules: All songs must be paired together for at least 2 episodes. Songs can only be counted once for a pairing, otherwise this list would just be a bunch of Mushoku Tensei songs. The average rank (green number) is calculated by taking an average of the songs rank in my OP and ED lists. Notes: The first song shown is the one that did better in it's respective list. The only exceptions are the top 2, which had the same rank in each list, for those the weaker song is shown first.
