My Discovery 2 decided to 'fail to proceed' in a car park. Turns out it was not the usual pivot problem, but the cable had seized Anyway, a quick video on how to fix both issues as cheaply as possible As YouTube have moved the goals to become monetized, and I have a niche channel, funding is never going to happen, so I have set up a Patreon as I would like to get a higher speed upload, which means I get post more videos, AND in 1080 Takes me about 2.5 hours to upload a 15 minutes at the moment. Another day in the life of a humble Land Rover mechanic. Quiet an easy fix, but getting it started was a problem! There are quite a few video's on this repair (as I found out later) so check those out, but this was typical of a broken down vehicle arriving at my door, and a call saying it will not go into drive.
