Walnut and Blueberry Flapjacks /Pancakes - Foraging in Northern Italy

This is the ongoing story of two crazy people trying to overcome chronic illness and build a forever home for our little family and us. We have just moved to Italy with the goal of buying land and setting up our homestead all over again. We are moving because I have Idiopathic Syringomyelia, a condition that affects my nervous system. So come along for the ride, it will be an interesting one.

One of our first foraging meals. Something simple but delicious, walnut and blueberry pancakes/flapjacks. Yum!
