This 30 Minute Basic Heavy Bag HIIT workout gives you 5 rounds of basic heavy bag boxing combinations and one round of a Tabata finisher. All boxing punches and combinations are named instead of using numbers. Basic Heavy Bag HIIT is ideal for all levels. If you’ve been in the boxing game for a while…let your hands go and get to work!

Round Description
Round 1 1 min: JAB-RIGHT HAND-LEFT HOOK, 30 sec: jab jab
Round 2 1 min: RIGHT HAND-LEFT HOOK-RIGHT HAND, 30 sec: STR-CROSS STL-HOOK
Round 3 1 min: JAB-CROSS-LEFT HOOK-RIGHT HAND, 30 sec: JAB JAB CROSS COVER
Round 4 1 min: CROSS-LEFT HOOK-CROSS-LEFT HOOK, 30 sec: DR CROSS DL JAB
Round 5 1 min: JAB-RIGHT UPPERCUT-RIGHT CROSS-LEFT UPPERCUT, 30 sec: FREESTYLE
