Today we talk about the story behind the conversion of the Franks to Catholic Christianity. What happened and some surprising aspects of the story. From exploring the origin and arrival of the early Franks we also explore the arrival of Clovis I to the scene of a religiously and politically fractured Gaul. We watch as he grows in power, marries a Christian and eventually in the midst of a vicious battle we explore his conversion and military triumph.
