I created this workout routine using only a towel to show you space and time are not usually a limiting factor. In this session using a towel, body weight and a little creativity. I'll push you hard and encourage you to keep moving for the entire 20 minutes! The format is simple! Grab a medium size towel step up to the screen, press play and I'll do the rest.
