This Dumbbell HIIT-Full Body IN Home Workout uses weights and a HIIT style protocol for a very effective in home full body workout.
The workout consists of 3 rounds of 10 reps HIIT portion and a 5 reps moderate set. You have 4 sets per round and have the option to repeat the session up to 3 times.
