WEEK 2-Workout #5
The "Combo Session 2" is part of the 4 week shred competition workout series. Made up of a mix of boxing combinations and killer exercises. You'll run through each round of combos individually before joining them together for one full multi exercise routine or "combo".
Once I run you through the rounds you'll run through each full "combo" as fast as you can to complete your workout in an interval format.
