This was weridly one of the most requested dishes so listen and here we go, most Chinese takeaways now offer a small Thai Menu to try to stay relevant.

I'd like to point out that this is most thai takeaway will make their curries too, many of the Chinese and Thai takeaway owners were not chefs in there home lands, there were builders, farmers etc, they come and work in these places because there face fits, don't get me wrong I love takeout food but if they can do it so can you. If they say otherwise there normally lying and when you taste a fresh paste like the one we make and a store bought one there is a huge difference. The Thai paste we make was taugh to my family a long time ago by a family friend named Pom whos own family used to have a restaurant in Thailand. This however is nothing like that.
