Each round is broken down in to punch call outs, meaning I show you the names of each punch, and punch numbers. 1-6 and freestyle-where you throw all punches. At the end of some heavy bag rounds Ive added a burn out to amplify the intensity to maximize your effort. LETS PUT IN WORK!
