This fun yet challenging 8 round boxing workout combines legitimate boxing combinations, conditioning and hard core endurance rounds.

Warm up. Punch Review 1 to 6 x 10 reps per combo

Freestyle inside 30 seconds power
Freestyle outside 30 seconds power
Rest 30 seconds
Freestyle inside 30 seconds speed
Freestyle outside 30 seconds speed
Rest 1 minute

Round 3

Combo Time
Hold bag forward back hops 30 seconds
Hold out 1 minute
Forward back hops
Hold other leg 1 minute
Rest 1 minute

1-3B-6-3-C 1 minute
Squat 1-2-1-2, Squat 1-2-1-2 1 minute
Max Freestyle 1 minute
