After completing the chest press, raise the bar a couple of notches higher so can clear the beach when doing the hanging deadlifts. To do the hanging dead’s, squeeze the bar with about a shoulder width grip. Keeping your legs and arms straight and pulling the bar raising your hips until your body is perpendicular to the bench. Lower yourself almost to the bench and repeat under control. Breathing out as you raise your hips and breathing in as you lower yourself to starting position again.
