AT Home Footwork Speed Training Workout is for any fitness level and can translate nicely to most sports including boxing.
The Sets in AT Home Footwork Speed Training Workout consist of up 20-30 seconds intervals with bursts of combos at the end of each footwork piece. The BURST portion (where I throw 4 boxing combos) add in and in your sport specific movement here to optimize your session based on your need and or sport. Follow along and have fun with this in home training session and keep your feet moving during lock down. and Yes the ENTIRE family can do this workout!
