9 small green chillies
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

3 teaspoons roasted white cumin
2 tablespoons chilli flakes
1 teaspoon sour amchur (raw mango) powder aka khatai powder
2 tablespoons shakkar
