Rage 2 is a game that developer id Software has said will fulfil the promise of the original. It’s set to combine the car combat of Avalanche’s Mad Max with the first person shooting frenzy of id Software’s excellent, excellent Doom (2016). That is one hell of recipe. Can they turn that recipe into a tasty post-apocalyptic hell-pie? I hope so.
