This is Session 4 of the popular Savage boxing Heavy bag workouts. This boxing heavy bag workouts is ideal for all levels, and varies in intensity. I've combined heavy bag combinations, conditioning drills, music, motivational and instructional voice over. I also included a round timer to make this boxing workout entertaining and easy to follow.

The Savage Boxing Heavy bag workout format is:

  • 1 minute interval before a 20 second rest.
  • 40 second conditioning set.
  • repeat that for 3 sets per round.
