When Epic Games deliberately breached its developer agreements with Apple by placing "direct payment" options in their hit game Fortnite (and circumventing Apple's App Store), they knew Apple would respond.

But with Fortnite removed from iOS (iPhone; iPad), and Epic's continued status as iOS developer (and ability to support Unreal Engine) in jeopardy, the game company has sought the Court's protection.

Now, Apple has responded...in force.

The battle is finally joined in Virtual Legality.
