I hadn't heard about the curfew - that's very troubling.

You cant have a curfew in a free country.

Real police officers should not enforce unconstitutional curfews. We really need to tool up for building transformers here rather than depending on other countries. It's not a hi-tech science. Huge coils of wire around an inductive core and (for the big ones)a cooling system of some sort. We can absolutely build those here.
