This is Session 3 of the Savage boxing Heavy bag seres. These boxing heavy bag workouts are ideal for all levels. I've combined heavy bag combinations, conditioning drills, music, motivational and instructional voice and a round timer. The Savage Boxing Heavy bag workout format is a 1 minute interval before a 20 second rest. The you hit a 40 second conditioning set. We repeat that for 3 sets per round. Like other Nate Bower Fitness Heavy bag workouts. The last set is a 30-10 interval savage Boxing burnout. Get ready…Walk up to the heavy bag, listen up and let your hands go! #slipandcounter
