Yaron Lectures: Inequality as a Feature of Freedom, Excerpts

We’re told that the gap between the poor and the rich has widened. Many decry the “injustice” of income and wealth inequality. But is it actually a problem and are the proposed remedies truly just? What is a fair “distribution” of income and wealth?

In this talk, Yaron Brook takes on inequality issues and argues that a genuinely laissez-faire capitalist society is, in fact, the only system to allow freedom and promote fairness. Note, this video has only the excerpts of Yaron Brook followed by the Q&A with Yaron. Sound has a bit of an echo due to acoustics during filming.

Hosted by the European Students for Liberty, this talk was part of LibertyCon 2019. Delivered on April 6, 2019 in Belgrade, Serbia.
