Lake District Walks, Place Fell, Angletarn Pikes from Hartsop.

Starting in Hartsop at the carpark near Pasture beck
We head North Towards Ullswater.
Following the path skirting the woodland of Calf Close and on towards and through Dubhow.
Follow the route up and ascend via House Gate, until you reach the coll at Boredale Hause, head left (North) up to place fell.
head back on yourself until you reach Boredale Hause again and then go South East looping round to the opposite side of Boredale..follow the ridge to Beda Fell.
Again backtrack to Heckbeck Head in a South Westerly Direction and on to Angletarn Pikes and Angle Tarn.
Track the North and East side of Angle Tarn and head due South through the path in the wall and down the valley side to the pumphouse on the bank of Hayeswater Gill.
This is a farmer's Bridleway that leads directly back to the parking area.
