Do the sessions in the order as you see them posted or you can see them posted in order in the 4 week shred Playlist on this channel. Take Saturday and Sunday off or any other 2 days.

The combine fitness challenge series is a fun, challenging fitness workout for the 4-Week shred contest. Its comprised of a group of exercises where you’ll push the limits and attempt to reach
A pre-determined number of reps in a set.

Competitive, professional, champion and super human divisions are posted for each set of exercises. You make the choice, and never be satisfied until you reach the numbers you want. This Combine fitness series is yet again another creative, high intensity workout, that will challenge any boxer, fitness enthusiast, and gym goer from beginner to advanced, youth and old, kids and adults.
