Wanted to touch upon the main reason I feel unhappy.
I did always consider myself a happy person and I still do, but no one is happy 24/7 and it's ok to be sad every now and then.
I found that the number one reason for my unhappiness is fear. Fear makes us question and judge ourselves so much that it can easily result in a lack of happiness. Your reason why you're unhappy is going to be different then mine, but there's a big chance that they come from a similar place - insecurity. Sadness = Fear.
