Before creating your own HIIT Workout Routine, ask a few questions to yourself:

  • What's Your Goal?
  • Full Body or Specific Muscle Group?
  • Boxing, Weights, Heavy Bag, Plyos?
  • Cardio / Tabata / Full Body / Weights

USE This HIIT Formula -

  1. 1 Minute HIIT Intervals at 90% Effort
  2. 30 Second Active Recovery
    Repeat 3 Times
    30 Second Rest
    5 Minute Total
