If you want to develop good foot work in boxing you need to work on drills and have smooth fluid movements. This foot work drill can be done with cones or without. You can add in pivots, ducks, slips and other combinations. Remember to push off the front foot when moving back after throwing the jab and keep your balance by with proper foot placement.
