Followed you to Utreon
I have now followed you here Love you guys keep up the great videos.
Today I Learned: The Philippines were patrolled with single-shot shotguns, and May is a crack shot with the Martini-Henry in Battlefield 1.
EDIT: Mae
The hammer is supposed to be quiet, it's a cheap hunting shotgun. From an era when wing shooting was often considered a waste of ammo, meat hunters would shoot birds on the ground if they could. So an ability to cock it quietly, not spooking the game, was important. It can probably be done perfectly quiet if you hold the trigger back, push and hold the lever down, then release the trigger and ease off pressure on the lever. Same thing was done with exposed hammer guns. Source: My grand uncle made a good living in the 1920's as a commercial hunter, with a single barrel Iver Johnsson hammer gun. Missing a shot cuts into profit margin, so full choke and shooting on the ground was key to earning money.
If you shooot corrosive ammo or black powder, Ballistol is a great product. Excellent for storage as well.
👍👍👍
