Here is a wicked 10 week Metabolic Conditioning routine I ran through for a 10 week cycle. It's based on a 3-6-9-12 rep sets with 12 plyo's after each set of deadlifts.
I started from 135lb and worked my way up to 225lb for Deadlifts and Squats. Push Press I started at 25lb and worked up to 40lb.

This may not look that tough....until you try it!
