US Legislator proposes NEW LAW to ban loot boxes for Under 21s

US State Legislator for Hawaii Chris Lee has drawn up proposals for a new law to ban the sale of games with microtransactions for anything with a "percentage chance" of winning in-game items to people under the age of 21. This follows weeks of controversy surrounding EA’s Star Wars Battlefront 2 and the loot box system in that game.
