The Squad PLA snipers reticle pattern was requested both on youtube & on the joinsquad subreddit. So, I did a quick bit of research & checking on range & found all the hold overs are fairly intuitive on the Squad version. Interestingly the Squad version has an extra chevron at 200m whereas the real life version has a combined 100-200m top chevron.
As for using the Squad reticle pattern to determine range, unfortunately not as intuitive. I will be incorporating that into a longer part 2 of this video that will also look into the development, history, & oddities of the QBU88 / Type-88 Rifle. Keep an eye out for that in the New Year!
