Effective boxing training HIIT workout | Get Fit Faster
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is an effective and efficient way to get fit with boxing. It involves short bursts of intense exercises or activities, followed by brief periods of rest. HIIT workouts are great for burning fat and building muscle while improving cardiovascular health.
In this video, I, Nate Bower from Nate Bower Fitness am going to show you how to do a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that will help you get fit fast.
Use this circuit as an easy designed workout program
- Warm up with some light jogging or jumping jacks
- Perform shadow boxing for 3 minutes
- Do 1 minute of high intensity cardio (such as sprinting, burpees, side to side agility etc.)
- Shadow box for another 3 minutes
- Repeat the cardio and shadow boxing for a total of 5 rounds
- Cool down with some more light jogging or jumping jacks
