Workout # 1 and #3
This workout is a more advanced shadow boxing HIIT session as you need to know the punch numbers.
Each round I give the number of punches I want, it's up to you to throw shots based on the number. 4 shots free style round could be a 1-1-1-2 , 3-2-5-2, 1-2-sr-1-6...Etc.
