30 Minute Basic Boxing and Core HIIT Workout combines boxing combinations, defence and core training.

Boxing is set ip in a 1 minute Basic HIIT intervals followed by a 30 second moderate set.
Core is a reps based approach.

You'll do 3 full sets of boxing followed by 3 sets of Core.
Limited rest between sets for a non stop 30 Minute Basic Boxing and Core HIIT Workout.

Thanks for these videos - truly priceless in the age of covid!

I tried going to my gym during my lunch break yesterday but there was a one hour wait to even get inside... at which point my lunch break is literally over. Instead, I'm gonna find a quiet spot at work and follow your routines shadowboxing and that sort of thing.
