Ian thinks they appear well made, and the 12.5 inch barrel is an excellent overall length for an AK. The question is how many people will actually be interested in dealing with an NFA transfer for a factory-made SBR.
Karl is unsure why there really is a need for another side mounted optics system that is incompatible with the already existing "standard". He's never had any compatibility issues with Combloc side rails and optics, so this seems like it's potentially introducing more issues than benefits. Additionally, this optic system blocks the iron sights entirely so you'll have to remove the optic to to the irons if you need them. The rifle itself seemed fine, shot well and manufacturing fit and finish was entirely satisfactory.
