Super Effective 20 min Arm Workout with Dumbbells To Get Shredded
This is an arm workout to get shredded. In today's workout, I will do 40 seconds of workout and 20 seconds of recovery; where we stay on screen. We continue to work before moving to your next exercise. I will be using 25-pound dumbbells for your reference, I included shoulders in today's workout; because of course you want those shoulder shreds. As well I encourage you to be controlled in all of your movements.
