Karl thinks it's a drag racing rifle made for 3 gun drag race style match shooting. It's obviously an excellent rifle for its intended purpose and it is not intended for "practical" use whatsoever. That said, this sort of drag race envelope pushing is frequently where real improvements and developments begin, so kudos on that!
