Where can I watch this in good quality with english subs like in this clip? The art looks nice. All I found was a VHS rip on archive.org, which obviously doesn't look this good. Further looking revealed that it was only released on VHS in outside Japan... Any help would be appreciated!

Well, I hardcode/style the subtitles myself, while encoding/re-encoding. As for the subtitles, I think these are standard DVD/Blu-ray subtitles. I re-wrote only a few words.
