This video is about Easy Beginner Shadow Boxing Workout. This Shadow boxing workout is a smooth boxing workout that allows new users, subscribers and curious peeps to try a boxing workout, learn boxing numbers, punches, combinations and get a workout in while doing it. This boxing session is 30 minutes of constant but controlled boxing combinations and movement. You'll learn punches 1-6, (jab, cross, left hook, right hook, left uppercut, right uppercut) basic footwork and defense. By the end of this session you'll be throwing complete boxing combinations, moving well and sweating. Boxing is all about movement, fun and learning something new to keep you interested in training or breaking up your usual fitness routine. This Boxing workout is for all levels.
