30 Minute Home Boxing Workout | How to lift weights for boxing Included | DUMBBELLS
Home boxing workouts are highly effective for fitness, learning boxing and also gaining strength and stamina. Limited to no equipment is needed for boxing workouts in your home. In home boxing workouts are in high demand for fat loss, building a lean physique and overall fitness benefits.
Grab 2 medium weight Dumbbells and 1 or 2 pound hand weights to use for controlled shadow boxing between rounds.
This workout is 4 rounds and each round includes 3 x 30 seconds of exercises followed by a 30 seconds rest. Between rounds you'll do basic shadow boxing with 1 or 2 pound weights for 1 minute to keep your heart rate up and work shoulder and arm stamina.
