5 lb. mussels (discard any open), 2.5 oz. onion, 1.2 oz. garlic cloves, 1 c. dry white wine(no cooking wines) , 1/2 tsp. black pepper, 1 tsp. dry or fresh oregano, 10 oz. penne pasta, 1 T. corn starch with 1 T. cold water, 1/8 c. minced parsley, !/2 stick butter with 1-2 T. virgin olive oil. 6oz. compari tomatoes.
