Speculoos Cookie Butter No Churn Ice Cream Recipe - Glen And Friends Cooking
This is an easy no-churn ice cream recipe - no special equipment - how to make ice cream without an ice cream machine. This is a no churn ice cream recipe with condensed milk; no churn condensed milk ice cream.

Ingredients:
3 cups (750 mL) whipping / 35% cream
1 can (300 mL) condensed milk
3 Tbsp (45 mL) cookie butter
Handful crushed Speculoos / Biscoff cookies

Method:
Whip the cream to almost stiff peaks.
Whisk together the condensed milk and cookie butter
Whisk the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream.
Fold in the crushed cookies
Transfer to a freezer safe dish and freeze 4-6 hours.
