One of our go to recipes and so easy to do. Tasty and simple, which is the true essence of East and South East Asian cooking, especially in Chinese cuisine, people often want to over load Chinese dishes with flavour, so the dish its self becomes confusing, but as we always say, if you like that then who cares what we say!
