Will Christopher Nolan Acknowledge he COPIED Batman from The Shadow like Bill Finger has?
When Bob Kane and Bill Finger first developed Batman they copied the pulp mystery man character The Shadow.
Finger used "Partners of Peril" a The Shadow pulp as the basis for Batman's debut story, "The Case of the Chemical Syndicate" in Detective Comics #27 (1939).
Finger later publicly acknowledged:
"My first Batman script was a takeoff on a Shadow story."
