thanks for this. Ive been trying to explain to people that the "secret" to reliable 3d printed upper or lower is "forget about milspec outer dimensions and make the walls thicker where stresses are". way I see it, only the internal dimensions need to match milspec for parts compatibility. Everything else, is free. We're going way outside The Box here, so we need a mindset of thinking outside it. Now I need more 3d printed AR FCG style designs. Liked the Mac Daddy until I read it's semi auto only :(
