A Fresh Start

I've taken a lengthy break from content creation. I needed time to refocus and figure out what would really serve and help viewers. I want to get back into video creation in January of 2024.

The current plan is focused on encouraging personal growth through introspection and self-awareness. I am not a therapist, and each video will have a disclaimer. However, my experiences with recovering from a serious mental illness, as well as trauma, may give hope to someone out there.
