Strength work is an essential part of run training! Here, Dr. Kris Sheppard and Dr. Brittany Moran demonstrate a run-specific strength circuit that only takes approximately 20 MINUTES to complete and requires ZERO EQUIPMENT — so there are no excuses. Just do it!
Aim to do strength training 2-3x/week, performing 6-8 reps of each exercise.
