DAY #1 WORKOUT AND DAY #3 WORKOUT

This Full Body HIIT Session, designed for the 4 week shred contest, is a high intensity workout formulated to increase your conditioning, mental toughness and overall fitness. I'll push you through a tough, but doable session with motivation, and cues to help you along the way. Once again, you not need any equipment for this workout, just a little space, motivation and the intent to finish. Remember, it's about what you've done in the past, it's all about what you need to accomplish in the present!
The 4 week shred powered by vitaminenergy is a great opportunity to shred for summer. It's not too late to join us.
