Boxing and strength training interval workout uses 2 stations. One for Resistance training and 1 for boxing combinations. You'll do multiple strength exercise in station 1 and 3 followed by multiple boxing combinations in station 2 and 3. I'll guide you through each round and cue you through each exercise and boxing combination. Each round is made up of 1 minute intervals followed by a 30 second moderate exercise.
