  2. Cat Camel - 8-10reps
  3. Scorpion - 4-6reps/leg
  4. Frog Stretch - 6-8 reps
  5. Crab with Reach - 10-12reps Alternating sides
  6. Downward Dog Pedal - 10-20reps
  7. Deep Squat w/ Reach - 8-10reaches
