Use this creative 10 minute video to improve your boxing rhythm. If you can't control your own rhythm, or disrupt another fighters rhythm, you'll have a hard time in the ring. Try this workout to see if you can improve your movements and fluid motion. It will take a 3-4 rounds to get it right...but you will get it right. Remember boxing is all about controlled aggression.
