We wanted to create a dish that was tasty and good for you at the same time, yes we use sodium a lot, but not as much as we normally do, and this chow mein is awesome, even though it super low fat and its a big portion! We had never put these into one dish, but it worked so well, I'm going to be starting a weight loss program soon and this will be cooked often!
